I have been selling land in the Montgomery County area since 1992. I started managing properties in the area such as Pelican Island, Pelican Bay and Point Aquarius. I have worked with Virgin Development on several large developments in Montgomery County. We developed the Cliffs at South Shore, Waterford Estates, Grand Harbor, Harbor Side, Sunrise Ranch, Waterstone and our newest development is The Peninsula.
