THE H Real Estate, a HALBERDIER Holdings

Company, Speaker at Future of The Woodlands

Conference – with ExxonMobil, Howard Hughes and others

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, April 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Trey Halberdier, Founder of HALBERDIER Real Estate LLC (THE H Real Estate), a HALBERDIER Holdings Company, will be speaking at the BISNOW 3rd Annual Future of The Woodlands Event Tuesday, April 29 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott. The 11:00 am event drawing 1,000 attendees will feature distinguished professionals from The Woodlands area.  Representatives from ExxonMobil, Howard Hughes, Coventry Development, and select others are joining Halberdier as panelists.

The Woodlands Texas is arguably the most desirable master planned community and hottest real estate areas in the country.  The area is a massive construction zone with ExxonMobil building its 385-acre mega campus south of The Woodlands in Springwoods Village. The campus consists of 20 office and specialty buildings and approximately 10,000 employees in 2015.

Topics of discussion at the event will range from the ExxonMobil ripple effect, to The Woodlands Howard Hughes plans, and impact of the Grand Parkway. Halberdier and other speakers will concentrate on billion dollar questions of 2014 – Is the Grand Parkway completed on schedule? Which buildings break ground this year? What’s the real impact of the ExxonMobil? Is The Woodlands area the new Energy Corridor?

THE H Real Estate Team created immediate impact on the CRE landscape, purchasing a prime land tract near ExxonMobil, Springwoods Village and the new Grand Parkway. HALBERDIER’s land sits on over 42 acres at southwest corner of Hardy and Riley Fuzzel a mile from ExxonMobil. The Grand Parkway (Houston’s third loop) is 1,200 feet north of site. Ideal uses are industrial, office, retail, and multi-family. Halberdier noted, “The phone’s ringing off the hook. Our timing and location is optimal and we’re planning several types of these projects.”

HALBERDIER Holdings is planning to close two more undisclosed tracts for development of approximately 275,000 SF Class A office projects even closer to Exxon. “These will be added game changers to the area,” explains Trey Halberdier.

Resilient endurance and distinctive impact symbolize Houston, the energy and real estate industries. These same core values are the DNA of Halberdier and his team. HALBERDIER RE has over 75 years combined CRE leadership and experience. Their 25 year legacy vision and business plan establishes their commitment to a connected authentic community and ethical capitalism, while performing at the highest levels.
