The Woodlands, Texas – a HALBERDIER private LP just closed another PRIME 7 Acre land tract near a different Tiger cage.   And it’s not Exxon’s Tiger.  In the past 12 months, HALBERDIER Real Estate has closed three Exxon area tracts – being a 40 acre Hardy/Riley Fuzzel corner, a 7.3 acre assemblage due north of XOM ground zero and a 2.5 acre hard corner on Hardy Northgate frontage at Exxon’s pearly gates.  But the latest “H Real Estate” acquisition is not near the Oil and Gas Tiger Den –but instead the golfing pro Tiger Woods new playground.

“ExxonMobil’s impact radius and The Woodlands surrounding land is experiencing off the charts activity and appreciation- even up thru Magnolia,” said Trey Halberdier, founder of The H Real Estate, a HALBERDIER Holdings Company. Trey was an early adopter of the ExxonMobil mega corporate campus and Grand Parkway intelligence in 2009. Halberdier has successfully hedged several land sites for acquisition & development with his companies and private investors. HALBERDIER Holdings is systematically executing the game plan as initially planned with this fourth acquisition in less than 12 months – with more to be announced soon.

Last week, HALBERDIER closed the Magnolia 7 Acres on FM 1486 frontage just a few miles south of Tiger Woods BlueJack National Golf Course, which we will hear more about over next several years.  Trey has other commercial real estate deals pegged for purchase and development, but he remains mum on the topic.  “We like to stay ahead of this explosive curve and take calculated risks others will not- we seize opportunity”, says Halberdier.   These and future announcements will add fuel to the already scorching bonfire around the ExxonMobil, Grand Parkway, Springwoods Village, The Woodlands and now even Magnolia, TX.  THE H Team plans to capitalize on more announcements soon to be released on other public and private infrastructure projects nearby.

Halberdier’s ‘H’ investment & development firm’s brand and footprint in Montgomery and North Harris Counties, are proving up impact and endurance. “We believe our core values are consistent with our community – and look forward to decades of impact and service to The Woodlands and surrounding areas,” Trey Halberdier says. “We are focused on developing first class Projects, in high growth areas on irreplaceable locations.”

HALBERDIER Real Estate is scaling up organically as the enterprise preserves its core values. Trey Halberdier notes in his exciting 15 years in commercial real estate, “2014 has been the best so far. We have great sites, love our community and are hyper focused on brilliant execution.”
